The Bank of America, which is known to have delivered to the FBI, private and personal customer information without any legal process, now is being investigated by the U.S. House for that.

A report from Just the News said GOP members have announced the review of the corporation after a whistleblower confirmed the company gave private personal information to the FBI – without any legal process.

Former special counsel John Durham to testify before Congress about Russian Collusion Hoax:

Former special counsel John Durham is going to testify before the U.S. House of Representatives, the Associate Press reports.

Per the outlet:

Durham is due to appear on June 20 in a closed-door session with the House intelligence committee and will testify publicly the following day before the House Judiciary Committee, according to a person who discussed the dates on the condition of anonymity because they had not been publicly announced.

This comes after Durham recently released the findings of his multi-year investigation into the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.


Durham was appointed to investigate the matter in 2019 by then-U.S. Attorney General William Barr, and it was not until May 2023 that he concluded his investigation.

On May 15, Durham released a more than 300-page report that concluded that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) "failed to uphold their mission of strict fidelity to the law in connection with certain events and activities described in this report." Durham essentially found that, the DOJ and FBI lacked any credible basis to investigate Trump in relation to Russia and that high-level officials even ignored evidence that contradicted the Trump-Russia collusion narrative. Presumably, the findings of this report will be what Durham testifies about when he appears before Congress next month.


There is one question that many want to know the answer to and it is one that Durham will likely be asked by members of Congress. It is this: why did he choose not to bring charges against some of the high-level officials who were involved in perpetuating the Trump-Russia collusion hoax? The report, in itself, is damning for U.S. intelligence. There is no question about that, despite the FBI's and the Democrats' attempts to brush the report's findings off.

But the fact that no one involved is being held accountable has left a bad taste in the mouths of many - if not most - Americans.


Rasmussen Reports just released the findings of a poll, conducted between May 21 and 23, which found that 63% of likely U.S. voters believe the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a "hit job" against Trump. In addition, 59% of likely U.S. voters believe that the FBI officials who perpetuated the false Trump-Russia collusion narrative ought to be criminally prosecuted. So, the question of why Durham did not pursue any charges against those involved is a legitimate one that appears to be shared by many.

Durham's answer will be one of the most eagerly anticipated parts of his congressional testimony.

Biden admin takes major political blow in unanimous Supreme Court decision:

President Joe Biden and his administration continue to take political hits. The most recent was courtesy of the U.S. Supreme Court.

According to CBS News, in a 9-0 unanimous decision, the high court ruled against Biden's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). SCOTUS shot down the agency's ability to regulate "waters of the United States" under the administration's Clean Water Act.

The ruling stemmed from a case called Sackett v. EPA, which involved a group of Idaho landowners.

The high court's decision reversed a ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, which had sided with the EPA on the issue.

CBS News noted:

The court found that the agency's interpretation of the wetlands covered by the Clean Water Act is "inconsistent" with the law's text and structure, and the law extends only to "wetlands with a continuous surface connection to bodies of water that are 'waters of the United States' in their own right."

Social media was quick to react to the bombshell decision, which was a clear blow to Biden's radical green agenda.

"Major Biden defeat at the Supreme Court today, with SCOTUS nuking the Biden EPA’s absurd attempt to redefine “waters of the U.S.” to give EPA radical new power to regulate any water anywhere. The judgment was 9-0 (while the opinion itself was 5-4)," Sean Davis tweeted.

Another user tweeted, "That is excellent news for property rights. All property owners should be glad to know about this."

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer wasn't happy about the ruling, quickly firing shots at what he called the "MAGA Supreme Court."

“This MAGA Supreme Court is continuing to erode our country’s environmental laws,” Schumer tweeted. "Make no mistake – this ruling will mean more polluted water and more destruction of wetlands."

The ruling comes at a time when Biden and his campaign team are desperately attempting to convince Democratic voters to stick with him for the 2024 race.

Between the political beatings and the low polling numbers, not to mention his overall age and health, it seems increasingly unlikely that Biden will have what it takes to win Americans over before the next election.

Joe Biden to spend weekend at Camp David amid Debt Ceiling Crisis looming:

It's difficult to believe that a sitting president would leave Washington D.C. while America is on the verge of financial collapse and chaos, but that's just par for the course in the Biden administration. According to the Daily Caller,as the United States' bank account dwindles just days before a potential debt default situation, President Joe Biden will depart for Camp David for a relaxing weekend, which he seems to do quite frequently. If a deal isn't reached by June 1, the U.S. could default on its debt for the first time in history, with experts warning such a development would be devastating to an already-shaky economy. Meeting several times, Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) had not negotiated a deal throughout the week.


Notably, the Daily Caller reported that the White House refused to provide a reason why Biden would travel to Camp David at such a critical time, also refusing to reveal the president's weekend plans. On Thursday, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about the situation. "The president could — could deal with this issue anywhere he is. And so, I’ll just leave it as that," KJP responded.

KJP was asked several times at Thursday's briefing. She seemed visibly frustrated when answering the multiple inquiries.

In late-breaking news Saturday evening, it was reported that McCarthy and Biden struck a "deal in principle" to avoid a catastrophic debt default.

As of this writing, there was no additional information on what the "good faith deal" involves, and if it'll mark a win for Republicans or Democrats. Only time will tell, but until a deal makes it to Biden's desk and is signed, anything can happen.
