Tucker Carlson stuns podcast host as he makes wild claim about 'who's really running' Biden's White House
Tucker Carlson stunned a podcast host as he revealed he believes Satan himself is really running Joe Biden's White House.
The former Fox News host said that the recent move by Washington to provide the Ukrainians with landmines to use against Vladimir Putin's troops changed his mind.
Carlson said he previously would have believed Secretary of State Antony Blinken was running the show, but after this decision he believes 'dark forces' are at work.
'Now I would say Satan because I really think that you've got dark forces in charge,' he said on the Redacted podcast.
'There's no justification for using anti-personnel mines in this conflict, which can't hope to be solved.
'The only effect of that move is to kill innocents, period. That's it, that's the only effect - and they know that. And so they're doing it anyway because killing is the point.
'So it's evil. I think we should say that. I don't think it's a matter of defending democracy.'
The US approved sending anti-personnel mines to Ukraine to repel Russian invaders inside the country and slow their advance last week.
Biden also gave Ukraine permission to fire American-made ATACMS missiles, which have a range of 190 miles, into Russia last week.
Ukraine used some of the weapons to bomb Tula, a city with one of Russia's biggest ammunition production industries about 100 miles south of Moscow.
The landmines provided by Washington are not allowed to be used near civilians and won't have the same issues as the older landmines still killing people around the world years after conflicts ended.
The mines are 'non-persistent' and become inert after a preset period - they require a battery to detonate, and will not explode once the battery runs out.
Ukraine has used NATO-made anti-tank mines for much of the war, but Biden said he would not give Ukraine anti-personnel mines, until last week's U-turn.
Carlson, who has perpetuated unfounded Russian claims about Ukraine since before the invasion even began, then lashed out at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
'The president of Ukraine is not elected. He's a dictator. He literally passed his term and kept serving,' he said.
Zelenskyy's term as president ended on May 20, but as martial law was declared in 2022 when the invasion began, the election wasn't held.
Instead, the Ukrainian parliament voted to delay the election by 90 days several times, most recently putting it off until February 7.
Ukrainian opposition parties largely have not opposed leaving him in power, citing the extreme difficulty of conducting a fair election while under attack and with so many citizens displaced from their homes or under occupation.
The country's laws also allow elections to be suspended during martial law and for the administration to be legitimate during that time.
'[Ukriane] shut down a Christian denomination — put priests in jail. How many more markers of dictatorship do you need to call it what it is? Which is totalitarian. So everything about it is horrifying,' Carlson continued.
He was likely referring to senior Ukrainian Orthodox cleric Metropolitan Pavlo, who was jailed in July after being under house arrest since April.
Pavlo is charged with inflaming religious hatred and justifying Russia's invasion of Ukraine, crimes under wartime laws.
Ukraine has been cracking down on the Moscow-linked Ukrainian Orthodox Church, claiming it is pro-Russian and collaborating with Moscow.
The church denies that and says it cut all ties with Moscow last year, but many of its churches have been searched and dozens of clergy have faced charges.

President Donald Trump has made some ambitious promises of reform leading up to his decisive victory on November 5th.
Whether or not he is capable of delivering on those promises depends on several factors, including how palatable they may be to the House and Senate, how boldly Trump wields the power he holds as Chief Executive, and the character of those he appoints to his cabinet and inner circle as advisors.
To Make America Great Again, Trump's greatest ally, however, won't be in his cabinet or in Congress; it will be the United States Constitution and the principles upon which that great republic was founded.

Trump’s Tariffs on Canada, Mexico Signal Focus on North American Free Trade Agreement:
‘I think there are some refinements that are very appropriate,’ says former Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross.
President-elect Donald Trump announced new tariffs, signaling to allies and adversaries that he is prepared to tighten America’s trade agreements.
Trump, who takes office on Jan. 20, said in a series of social media posts that he will slap a 25 percent tariff on all imports from Canada and Mexico. The purpose, Trump stated, is to pressure the two nations to clamp down on drugs and illegal immigrants crossing the border.
“Both Mexico and Canada have the absolute right and power to easily solve this long-simmering problem,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post on Nov. 25. “We hereby demand that they use this power, and until such time that they do, it is time for them to pay a very big price!”
About 80 percent of Canada’s and Mexico’s exports go to the United States.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau confirmed to reporters on Nov. 26 that he spoke to Trump by phone soon after the announcement, describing it as “a good call.”
“This is something that we can do. Laying out the facts, moving forward in constructive ways. This is a relationship that we know takes a certain amount of working on and that’s what we'll do,” Trudeau said.
Canada’s premiers have urged Trudeau in a recent letter to hold an urgent first ministers’ meeting before Trump begins his second term.
Ontario Premier Doug Ford, who leads Canada’s most populous province and largest economy, warned that a 25 percent levy would be “devastating to workers and jobs” on both sides of the border.
“The federal government needs to take the situation at our border seriously. We need a Team Canada approach and response—and we need it now,” he wrote in a post on social media platform X.
Newly elected Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Nov. 26 that she is open to participating in talks on the issue.
However, Sheinbaum stated that her country had done a lot to slow the flow of immigrants and that drugs were a U.S. problem.
“One tariff would be followed by another in response, and so on until we put at risk common businesses,” Sheinbaum said.
“It is unacceptable and would cause inflation and job losses in Mexico and the United States.
“Dialogue is the best path to achieve understanding, peace, and prosperity for our two countries. I hope our teams can meet soon.”
Trump separately detailed an extra 10 percent tariff “above any additional tariffs” on all imports from China.
“I have had many talks with China about the massive amounts of drugs, in particular Fentanyl, being sent into the United States—but to no avail,” Trump stated.
It is unclear if this will complement Trump’s campaign proposal of 60 to 100 percent levies on all Chinese goods. Additionally, a wide range of Chinese goods are currently subject to 15 percent tariffs following Trump’s first trade war in 2018, with the Biden administration keeping these levies intact.
Eyes on Trade Agreements
Trump has been open about his aims to renegotiate the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) free trade pact with Canada and Mexico after taking office.
Trump during his first presidency signed the USMCA—which went into effect in 2020—following several rounds of tense negotiations. The pact, which replaced the decades-old North American Free Trade Agreement, contains a six-year sunset provision, triggering a review in 2026. The three countries are required to confirm whether they will reexamine the deal or extend it.
In an interview with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo, Trump said he would not eliminate the USCMA.
“I want to make it a much better deal. I want to take advantage, now, of the car industry,” he said.
His recent remarks suggest that he will include a broad array of issues that extend beyond trade, such as security and immigration, in bilateral or multilateral deals.
“I'll also seek strong new protections against transshipment so that China and other countries cannot smuggle their products and auto parts into the United States tax-free through Mexico to the detriment of our workers and our supply chains,” Trump said in a speech at the Detroit Economic Club in October.
“They smuggle this stuff in. They don’t pay anything. We’re going to have very strong language on that.”
Former Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said he thinks the USMCA needs some renegotiating as Mexico has failed to live up to several commitments.
Ross, the author of a new book “Risks and Returns: Creating Success in Business and Life,” said that Mexico failed to privatize its oil and gas sector and has politicized its judicial system.
Additionally, Ross stated that China has been establishing token factories in Mexico to avert existing and potential trade walls.
“I think there are some refinements that are very appropriate,” Ross told The Epoch Times.
“Some of the recent publicity about various thoughts that he has regarding tariffs are very possibly going to result in some good results, even before they’re enacted.”
Robert Marbut, the former executive director of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness from 2019 to 2021 under the Trump administration, said Canada is not receiving a lot of attention for its role in the fentanyl trade.
China is producing the product and then shipping it into Canada and Mexico, relying on cartels and biker gangs to peddle the drug, he stated.
“I think when they [the incoming administration] start to see the intelligence briefings and the reports, they'll start to realize it,” he told The Epoch Times.
By revisiting the USMCA, Trump’s team will likely advocate for new or updated provisions that have become paramount to the United States in the last six years. The incoming administration could also reopen existing aspects of the pact that have resulted in ongoing strife, such as rules of origin for automobiles or dairy market access.
Thomas Cryan, an economic and tax historian and author of the new book “Disrupting Taxes,” says employing tariffs during trade negotiations can serve political and economic functions, whether facilitating onshore manufacturing or engaging in retaliatory elements.
At the same time, he says, a USMCA 2.0 might not be far different from the first edition.
“I think it’s going to be more of the same, meaning I think you might see some pushing and pulling,” Cryan told The Epoch Times.
Meanwhile, the early start to trade negotiations is in stark contrast to the current administration.
President Joe Biden is poised to become the first president since Jimmy Carter not to sign a free trade agreement. Instead, White House officials have sought multilateral economic cooperation in South Asia to stem Chinese influence in the region.
Market Reaction to Tariff Plans
U.S. financial markets were little changed during the Nov. 26 trading session, “again reminding investors that not all proposed policies are market friendly,” said Tom Essaye, the founder and president of Sevens Report Research, in a note emailed to The Epoch Times.
The blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial Average and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index were up about 0.3 percent heading into the closing bell.
The Canadian dollar and Mexican peso slumped 0.6 percent and 2.25 percent, respectively, against the greenback.
“Whilst most in the market assume that Trump will be using tariffs as a large bargaining stick—in this case to tighten US border controls—we would be careful of dismissing their market impact as some grandstanding,” ING strategists wrote in a note on Nov. 26.
Economists and think tanks have stated that higher tariffs could impact the world’s largest economy.
“The biggest risk is a large across-the-board tariff, which would likely hit growth hard,” said Jan Hatzius, the chief economist at Goldman Sachs Research, in a note emailed to The Epoch Times.
Still, according to the bank’s estimates, the United States will outperform other developed economies, growing by 2.5 percent in 2025 and 2.3 percent in 2026.
“Assuming that the trade war does not escalate further, we expect the positive impulses from tax cuts, a friendlier regulatory environment, and improved ‘animal spirits’ among businesses to dominate in 2026,” Hatzius said.
Market watchers have debated whether Trump’s tariff plans will rekindle the inflation flame.
Christopher Tang, an economist and scholar of global supply chain management, says tariffs are not a long-term solution and can raise the cost of doing business.
“I think that they [tariffs] would increase the price because the importers in the U.S. pay the tariffs, then they may have to pass the increase in cost onto the consumer, so therefore increase the price,” Tang said in a recent interview with The Epoch Times.
Others have pointed to Trump’s first term. Despite expectations that his tariffs would ignite price inflation, consumer prices were largely unaffected.
In other words, businesses did not pass the costs onto domestic consumers as they applied for exclusions or endured some of the tariffs. Consumer prices decelerated to 1.7 percent in late 2019 “after businesses adjusted to the trade war with China,” said Jeffrey Roach, the chief economist for LPL Financial.
“During Trump’s first presidency, he granted exclusions for over 2,200 products based on the businesses’ argument that tariffs cause considerable harm, or the foreign product is not available in the U.S.,” said Roach in a note emailed to The Epoch Times.
While there are concerns of a broader trade war, Ross said he is skeptical that such a scenario will unfold.
“In any event, I think the danger of an all-out, big trade war is very small,” he said.
The U.S. annual inflation rate ticked up to 2.6 percent in October.

Trudeau says he had ‘good call’ with Trump amid tariff threats:
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Tuesday he had a “good call” with President-elect Trump following the incoming U.S. leader’s pronouncement that he would impose a 25 percent tariff on Canadian goods when he takes office.
“I had a good call with Donald Trump last night again,” Trudeau told reporters Tuesday. “We obviously talked about laying out the facts, talking about how the intense and effective connections between our two countries flow back and forth.
“We talked about some of the challenges that we can work on together,” he continued. “It was a good call.”
Trudeau signaled a sense of optimism at working with Trump, even though the Canadian official acknowledged that the relationship between the two countries takes work.
“This is something that we can do, laying out the facts, moving forward in constructive ways,” Trudeau said. “This is a relationship that we know takes a certain amount of working on, and that’s what we’ll do.”
Trudeau advocated for a bipartisan approach to dealing with the U.S., adding in his remarks to reporters, “One of the really important things is that we be all pulling together on this. The ‘Team Canada’ approach is what works.”
Trump said Monday he would levy tariffs of 25 percent on all Canadian and Mexican goods, and add another 10 percent tariff to all Chinese goods — many of which are already under tariffs imposed by Trump during his first term.
Trump said the new tariffs are meant to push all three nations to make stronger efforts to bolster border security and crack down on fentanyl exports to the U.S.

Trump pledged during his campaign to impose import taxes of 10 percent to 20 percent on all foreign goods, with tariffs of up to 60 percent on Chinese goods. Canada, Mexico and China are the U.S.’s largest trading partners.
Trump’s threat comes days after he announced he would nominate investor Scott Bessent as his Treasury secretary. If Bessent is confirmed by the Senate, the role would make him a key player in implementing Trump’s trade agenda and attempting to keep markets calm amid the expected disruption.

Spare me the “Team Canada” approach.
This is Trudeau’s fault:
Canadians are rightfully upset that U.S. President-elect Trump has pledged 25% tariffs on all products from Canada and Mexico. The potential tariff would be absolutely devastating to hard-working Canadian businesses and every single family in our country.
It’s important, however, to point the finger in the right direction.
This crisis is entirely Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s own making.
As I point out in my latest column, because of Trudeau's disastrous immigration policy, Canada is legitimately more of a threat to US national security than Mexico.
According to US Customs and Border Protection data, since 2022, 1155 individuals on the terrorist watch list were caught trying to enter the US through its northern border, compared to just 199 from the south.
You read that correctly.
FIVE TIMES as many terrorists entered the United States through Canada than through Mexico.
What were those 1155 terrorists doing in Canada in the first place?
How did they get here? How many more remain?
Trump specifically said the reason for the potential tariff is Canada’s lax approach to border security and immigration. He’s given Canada two months to fix this problem in order to avoid the devastating tariff.
Trudeau, and his failed immigration policies, are to blame for this crisis. Trudeau alone must answer for this colossal failure of national security and immigration.
So spare me the lecture about taking a “Team Canada” approach to Trump and his potential 25% tariff. Spare me the anger and frustration at Trump for wanting to secure his nation’s borders.
Let me be clear. Justin Trudeau: fix the problem you created and secure our country now!

Poilievre exposed as "fraud" after Christine Anderson's Canadian visit | Maxime Bernier:
The recent visit of European Parliamentarian Christine Anderson to Canada has highlighted the contrasting ideologies of the Conservative Party’s Pierre Poilievre and Maxime Bernier of the People’s Party.
Ms. Anderson gained popularity among many Canadians when she rebuked Justin Trudeau during his visit to the European Parliament in March 2022. She condemned him for admiring the Chinese dictatorship, violating citizens' fundamental rights, and criminalizing dissenting voices.
During her visit to Canada, Ms. Anderson met with hundreds of supporters including Maxime Bernier and three Conservative MPs. Mr. Bernier hailed her as the “Queen of Freedom” and made her an honorary member of the PPC, while Mr. Poilievre reprimanded his MPs for associating with her, branding her opinions as vile and racist.

However, Mr. Poilievre and the reporting of his statement failed to mention which of Ms. Anderson’s opinions he considered racist and vile—a glaring omission.
In this conversation, Maxime Bernier calls out Mr. Poilievre for being a fraud and an opportunist who uses photo-ops with Freedom Convoy truckers to appease protestors during a Conservative Party leadership contest. However, when it comes to issues such as immigration limits, Mr. Poilievre unfairly stigmatizes his opponents by calling them "racist," and in doing so aligns himself with Justin Trudeau and other critics of responsible economics and individual freedom.

'Karma is a b****': Trump taps Epidemiologist Targeted by Biden Admin and Censored online to run NIH:
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is poised to take over the job of the Biden official who called him a 'fringe' epidemiologist.
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, an esteemed epidemiologist and professor of health policy at Stanford University, refused to accept the premise advanced early in the pandemic by medical establishmentarians and lawmakers that lockdowns, vaccine mandates, masking for kids, and other ruinous COVID-19 policies were the best ways to prevent infection and get back to normal.
Although he and other principals behind the Great Barrington Declaration were ultimately vindicated, at the time, he faced incredible abuse. President Joe Biden's former chief medical adviser Anthony Fauci and former National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Francis Collins conspired to issue a "quick and devastating takedown" of Bhattacharya's criticism while many of the professor's peers personally attacked him. Adding injury to insult, Bhattacharya was censored online.
This prime target for suppression by the current administration is now the nominee to serve as director of the next administration's National Institutes of Health.
'The hammer of justice is coming.'
"I am thrilled to nominate Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD, to serve as Director of the National Institutes of Health," President-elect Donald Trump announced Tuesday evening. "Dr. Bhattacharya will work in cooperation with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to direct the Nation's Medical Research, and to make important discoveries that will improve health, and save lives."
Dr. Bhattacharya said that he was "honored and humbled" by the nomination and vowed to "reform American scientific institutions so that they are worthy of trust again and will deploy the fruits of excellent science to make America healthy again!"
Trump's selection was widely celebrated, especially by those critical of Democratic censorship as well as the scientific establishment's deadly and credibility-destroying hostility to alternative viewpoints.
"I'm so grateful to President Trump for this spectacular appointment," tweeted Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump's nominee to run the Department of Health and Human Services. "Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is the ideal leader to restore NIH as the international template for gold-standard science and evidence-based medicine."
Blaze News editor in chief Matthew J. Peterson wrote, "This is what winning looks like right here. @Dr.JBhattacharya in this role is right and just. The hammer of justice is coming. The era of blackpilling is over. We live in a new era — a new @frontier_mag_. Pick up your shield and sword and get ready to rumble."

Matt Kibbe, the BlazeTV host of "Kibbe on Liberty" and "The Coverup," which recently featured Bhattacharya, stated, "Jay Bhattacharya was deemed a 'fringe epidemiologist' by former NIH Director Francis Collins, who demonized him for asking obvious questions about the government's authoritarian response to COVID. Now, Jay will take the helm at NIH and clean house of all those who corrupted public health and did so much damage to Americans during the pandemic. Karma is a b****."
Molecular biologist Dr. Richard H. Ebright of Rutgers University tweeted, "It will be a major step forward to have an NIH Director who will fight science fraud and repudiate science fraudsters. Rather than an NIH Director — like former NIH Director Francis Collins — who prompted science fraud and rewarded science fraudsters."
Earlier this year, Bhattacharya joined Ebright and other scientists in seeking accountability from those scientific journals that happily published "unsound scientific papers" by Fauci, disgraced EcoHealth Alliance boss Peter Daszak, and elements of their inner circle that downplayed the likely lab-leak origins of COVID-19 during the pandemic.
BlazeTV host Steve Deace, responding to the fact that Bhattacharya is poised to take over the job of a man who recently sought to destroy his reputation, wrote, "Do not be deceived. God will not be mocked. A man will always reap what he sows."
Bhattacharya co-authored the Great Barrington Declaration, which suggested that geriatrics and other higher-risk groups should engage in shielding, whereas healthy individuals should "immediately be allowed to resume life as normal." Healthy individuals, it suggested, would be better off catching the virus and developing natural immunity. This greatly angered elements of the medical establishment who preferred coercive medicine, blanket lockdowns, and school closures.
Fauci called the declaration "total nonsense."
Scores of other so-called experts claimed in a response published in the Lancet, the "John Snow Memorandum," that the call for herd immunity and other proposals raised in the declaration were dangerous and unscientific. The memo was signed by thousands of scientists and endorsed by the Federation of American Scientists.
Extra to facing criticism from his peers, Bhattacharya was censored online. Reporting from Elon Musk's "Twitter Files" revealed that under previous management, the platform put the professor on a "Trends Blacklist," ensuring that his tweets would be suppressed, including his suggestion that pandemic lockdowns were harmful to children.
'All were suppressed.'
Bhattacharya was among the individual plaintiffs who joined the states of Missouri and Louisiana in taking legal action against President Joe Biden, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Anthony Fauci, and various Biden administration officials. The case — Missouri v. Biden,which became Murthy v. Missouri — exposed some of the ways the Democratic administration colluded with social media platforms to suppress dissenting voices and criticism of COVID-19 policies.
U.S. District Judge Terry A. Doughty noted that the Biden administration:
used its power to silence the opposition. Opposition to COVID-19 vaccines; opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns; opposition to the lab-leak theory of COVID-19; opposition to the validity of the 2020 election; opposition to President Biden's policies; statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true; and opposition to policies of the government officials in power.
"All were suppressed," wrote Doughty. "It is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeted suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech."
While the U.S. Supreme Court ultimately let the Biden administration off the hook, claiming that "the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established Article III standing to seek an injunction against any defendant," the lawsuit helped paved the way for Kennedy v. Biden as well as Dressen, et al. v. Flaherty, et al., a lawsuit filed against the Biden administration by vaccine-injured Americans.
'Make America Healthy Again!'
The ruling also helped emphasize the difference between Biden and Trump.
Bhattacharya noted on X following the court's ruling, "The Supreme Court just ruled in the Murthy v. Missouri case that the Biden Administration can coerce social media companies to censor and shadowban people and posts it doesn't like."
"This now also becomes a key issue in the upcoming election. Where do the presidential candidates stand on social media censorship? We know where Biden stands since his lawyers argue that he has near monarchical power over social media speech," continued Bhattacharya.
The candidate promising to protect free speech and hold censorious tech companies accountable ultimately won the day, putting Bhattacharya in a position where, if confirmed, he is unlikely to again be shut up and shut out.
"Together, Jay and RFK Jr. will restore the NIH to a Gold Standard of Medical Research as they examine the underlying causes of, and solutions to, America's biggest Health challengers, including our Crisis of Chronic Illness and Disease," Trump noted in his announcement. "Together, they will work hard to Make America Healthy Again!"
If confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Bhattacharya will oversee the world's top medical research agency, its $48 billion budget, and 27 institutes and centers.
