Clandestine FBI Effort Uncovered, By FOIA Request, To Get Hospitalized Americans to Forfeit 2nd Amendment Rights:
On Tuesday, The Washington Examiner reported on new information from a Gun Owners of America (GOA) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, that showed the FBI-
“coordinated secretly with hospitals and medical centers to strip U.S. citizens of their rights to own, buy, or even use firearms.”

Just months ago, a GOA FOIA revealed, that a form was being used by the FBI, in an effort to secure forfeiture of citizens Second Amendment rights. According to a September 2022, Breitbart News report, Ammoland.com warned of a similar FBI effort in 2019. Reportedly the GOA discovered the “NICS Indices Self-Submission Form” in December 2019. This form gave Americans the opportunity to “voluntarily” give up their Second Amendment rights, however allowing no means to rescind the submission or re-secure their forfeited rights.
Reportedly, the GOA responded to Ammoland’s warning by filing the FOIA. In a follow up report, the Daily Caller observed that the FOIA request revealed that the FBI actually took the form to the homes of some Americans, presenting them with the option of giving up their Second Amendment rights. The outlet reported-
“The forms were presented by the FBI to people at their homes and in other undisclosed locations, according to bureau documents unearthed through the Freedom of Information Act by the firearm rights group GOA…At least 15 people between 2016 and 2019 signed the secret forms, which ask signatories to declare themselves as either a “danger” to themselves or others or lacking “mental capacity adequately to contract or manage” their lives.”

In fact, the use of the forms went beyond merely going to the homes of some Americans, by actually using the forms in conjunction with some hospital stays. According to the Washington Examiner,
“Behind closed doors and without congressional approval, the FBI has worked hand in hand with the Secret Service and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to strip over two dozen people of their gun rights with internal forms, records show. On the heels of this revelation by the Washington Examiner in December 2022, newly obtained documents and emails shed light on how the bureau apparently received a helping hand from medical facilities to waive gun rights from at least five people.” Continuing…
"Any time you have evidence of private entities coordinating with federal agents to strip Americans of their rights, the public should be alarmed and demanding answers and action," said Aidan Johnston, federal affairs director for Gun Owners of America, a firearms rights group. "This is just the latest terrifying new instance of the illegal NICS self-submission form being used in nefarious ways, and those who used it to violate the public's trust must be held to account." Used in November of 2011, during that year, a form was signed by an Oklahoma “medical professional,” who included “their state license number.” According to the outlet, the form was submitted to the FBI by the “Oklahoma’s Northwest Center for Behavioral Health, a mental health clinic.”
Commenting on the newest revelations regarding the FBI’s work to help citizens forfeit their Second Amendment rights, Rep. Andrew Clyde (R) GA said-
“Make no mistake — the FBI is weaponizing NICS forms to advance the Left’s dangerous agenda of dismantling our Second Amendment liberties and disarming our nation. Congress must thoroughly investigate this troubling matter and hold all unelected, anti-gun bureaucrats involved accountable for forcing Americans to relinquish their constitutional right to keep and bear arms.”

In an apparently rogue effort to strip, vulnerable Americans, of their Second Amendment rights, the FBI – who claims not to be weaponized, continues to prove otherwise. Their credibility continues to sink lower and lower in the eyes of the American people. This behind closed doors effort by the FBI, Secret Service and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement – aside from any congressional oversight requires further investigation.
Though the FBI says they no longer are using this form, what does that really mean and is it a credible statement? Congress needs to look into this more clandestine facet of these supposed “public servants”, who appear focused on their left leaning socialist managements’ agenda.

Supreme Court Denies Petition from Florida City to Toss Atheists' First Amendment Suit Over Prayer Vigil:
On Monday, The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a Florida city's request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by atheists who say they were offended after the city held a prayer vigil following a local mass shooting. Apparently, the atheists say they were offended and felt excluded by the event held by the City of Ocala, Florida, back in 2014 after a shooting that injured several children.
As such, the City of Ocala had asked the Supreme Court to clarify whether "psychic or emotional offense allegedly caused by observation of religious messages" was sufficient to grant the atheists standing to sue, arguing that it is not. Handing the atheists a temporary win, the Supreme Court denied the city's petition. Justice Neil Gorsuch, however, explained in a statement that the lower courts now reviewing the case, should ultimately side with Ocala.
According to court documents, the case concerns two individuals, Lucinda Hale and Art Rojas, who are members of the American Humanist Association. After police organized a prayer vigil, with local religious leaders in response to a 2014 shooting, in which several children were injured, both have accused Ocala of violating the establishment clause of the First Amendment. Court documents stated that police chaplains were praying and singing on stage while in uniform.
Claiming that the religious elements of the prayer vigil were offensive, the atheists said the event made them feel excluded. Holding that the atheists had standing to sue, were the district court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Ocala sought to have the Supreme Court review 11th Circuit's 2018 decision granting the atheists standing in light of the court's 2022 opinion in Kennedy v. Bremerton School District, when the Supreme Court said former football coach Joe Kennedy, had the right to lead members of his team in voluntary post game prayers.
In a statement that the atheists should lack standing to sue, Justice Gorsuch wrote-
"As this Court explained in Kennedy, the Lemon test on which the District Court relied is no longer good law," …"Moving forward, I expect lower courts will recognize the offended observer standing has no more foundation in the law than the Lemon test that inspired it. If I am wrong, the city is free to seek relief here after final judgment,"

Effectively stating that he agreed with Ocala's argument, that the atheists lacked standing to sue, he said the Supreme Court did not need to intervene in the case because the 11th Circuit had already vacated it to the district court, where judges will be bound by the Kennedy decision. So, essentially, the Supreme Court decision sends the case back to play out in lower courts.
Of note is the fact that, the Lemon test required courts to consider whether the action had a secular purpose, whether the government was entangled with religion and whether the principal or primary effect of the action advanced or inhibited religion.
Arguing the Supreme Court should hear Ocala's case now and clear up the confusion about standing in cases concerning the First Amendment's establishment clause, Justice Clarence Thomas dissented, stating-

Apparently, the case will head back to the lower court to be resolved at this point. Trump Reacts to Tucker Carlson Releasing January 6 Footage - Says ‘Free at Last’!
On Monday, Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson, during his broadcast of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” aired, and discussed some of the footage from the Capitol on January 6, 2021, that he had received from House Speaker Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). Producers, Carlson said, had poured thoroughly over the footage “for three weeks”. Further he indicated, that producers had consulted and worked with Capitol Police in making slight, “very reasonable” modifications, that Carlson indicated did not affect the footage in any significant way.
Reacting to Carlson’s’, release of the new and unseen footage from the Capitol Hill riot, that unfolded on January 6, 2021, which appears to portray a clearly different picture than the one that former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) painted, Former President Donald Trump celebrated the segment, calling it one of the biggest “scoops” in U.S. history. He further demanded that the January 6 protesters be released.

Throughout the segment on Monday, Carlson showed footage of scenes that ran contrary to some of the narratives put forth by committee members, such as former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and others on the January 6 committee. It was anything but an “insurrection.” as they have claimed. Carlson discussed that while some of the people, who entered the Capitol were “hooligans” and committed vandalism, others inside the Capitol that day were not and can be seen being respectful of the building.
Yes, there were a few rioters but most participants were respectful, law abiding citizens, who were quietly milling around looking at photos on the walls, taking selfies and being escorted by capitol police, through the corridors in relative lines. They did not appear to realize they were doing something unlawful. It was shockingly unlike anything the committee has proclaimed and the footage they doctored for the media. The American people have been literally lied to, and sold a bill of bad goods, all in an effort to discredit Trump. The truth is out!
A particularly shocking piece of footage, actually appeared to show Jacob Chansley, a.k.a. the “Qanon Shaman,” being calmly escorted through the Capitol by police officers. He was not any more disrespectful than the rest, he just happened to be in costume. In some of the security footage aired by Carlson, Chansley is seen walking near police, in the Capitol building unobstructed. He was even heard praying for the Capitol Police and other attendees, in the chambers. For this Chansley was sentenced to four years in prison. Brandan Robertson has been in the headlines quite a bit in the last year or so as he is an openly gay, self-described “pastor” who opposed traditional, biblical theology while installing himself as a biblical scholar and theologian. Robertson is an advocate for sexual immorality and teaches that premarital sex is “good” and “healthy.” Of course, conservative Bible-believing Christians would never consider Robertson’s claims to Christianity valid, but the world sees things like this and brings reproach upon Christ.
After the recent dust-up with Andy Stanley coming out and telling his congregation that queers who "love Jesus" have more faith than Christians do, crazies have been coming out of the woodwork to defend him. One of those crazies is Robertson where he praised Stanley for becoming more affirming of homosexuality.
Robertson has been known to speak and debate with others who hold an orthodox position on sexuality—he did this last year with Sean McDowell who hosted him on his show and allowed him to blaspheme God saying that God made mistakes. But recently, he went on Apologia's show with Jeff Durbin and James White. And it was here where he says he regrets it. "I rarely regret conversing with those of different beliefs," Robertson writes on his Tik Tok page, "but when it devolves to ad hominems and slander, like it did with Jeff and James, its hard to believe this was productive at all. Arrogance is not a fruit of the Spirit, friends."

Republican Jim Jordan subpoenas former 'Disinformation Governance Board' Czar Nina Jankowicz:
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has dropped a bombshell on President Joe Biden's administration.
According to The Epoch Times, the congressman has subpoenaed former "Disinformation Governance Board" Czar Nina Jankowicz. He sent Jankowicz a letter along with the subpoena informing her that his committee was conducting oversight of her former Board.
“The Committee on the Judiciary is conducting oversight of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), its creation, its activities, and related matters.
"We have repeatedly sought information from you concerning your official actions and duties as a DHS employee and former Executive Director of the Board, including how the Board intended to define disinformation, how it planned to collect information and from what sources, how it anticipated countering disinformation, and how it proposed to protect First Amendment rights,” the representative said.
“We first wrote to you on May 5, 2022, requesting your voluntary cooperation with our oversight of the Board, its operations, and your work as Executive Director.
"In a subsequent letter dated December 1, 2022, we again requested that you provide documents and appear for a voluntary transcribed interview with the Committee.
"We reiterated our request for a voluntary transcribed interview in the 118th Congress in letters dated January 27, 2023, February 16, 2023, and March 1, 2023. To date, however, you have declined to comply voluntarily with our request for a transcribed interview,” he said.
“The Supreme Court has recognized that Congress has a ‘broad and indispensable’ power to conduct oversight, which ‘encompasses inquiries into the administration of existing laws, studies of proposed laws, and surveys in our social, economic or political system for the purpose of enabling Congress to remedy them.’
"Rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives authorizes the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct oversight of matters involving civil liberties to inform potential legislation. Our oversight of the so-called ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ and its effect on Americans’ civil liberties fall squarely within the Committee’s jurisdiction and are ‘subject[s] on which legislation could be had.’
"These potential legislative reforms include the prohibition of such a federal ‘disinformation’ entity, restrictions on the executive branch’s authority to collect speech-related information about American citizens, or enhanced protections surrounding civil liberties. As the former Executive Director of the Board, you are uniquely situated to provide information that is relevant and necessary to inform the Committee’s oversight and potential legislative reforms,” the representative said.
“Accordingly, and in light of your disregard of our earlier voluntary requests, please find attached a subpoena compelling you to appear for a deposition,” he said.
The letter was copied to Democrat ranking member and New York Rep. Jerry Nadler.
On Twitter, Jankowicz responded to the letter.
“I am ready to continue to stand up for the truth, as I have done my entire career, and I will not be cowed by conspiracy theories or intimidation. I am extremely proud of my service to my nation,” she said.
“I will happily testify to the truth of the Board under oath: That it was a working group meant to address disinformation that endangered Americans’ safety, and that — because of the Republican Party’s irresponsible lies about it — our democracy is less secure,” she said. Pregnant woman gunned down and showered with cash after she allegedly attempted to rob someone:
A 7-month-old unborn child was reportedly caught in the crossfire of a drug deal gone wrong Monday afternoon in Chicago. The child's 21-year-old mother allegedly attempted to rob those on the other end of the transaction and ended up with nothing.
A source who spoke on the condition of anonymity told the Chicago Sun-Times that Genesis Escobar got into a car around 1 p.m. with the intention of completing a drug deal near her home in the 5200 block of West Montana Street.
Escobar's boyfriend, who had been positioned outside the car, allegedly tried to rob the drug dealers while the pregnant mother was still inside the car. It is unclear whether Escobar was herself armed.
During the botched robbery, Escobar was riddled with bullets, as confirmed by the Cook County medical examiner's office. She was struck in the shoulder, back, and hand.
Escobar's alleged killers dumped her body out of the car. After reportedly showering her body with hundreds of dollars in cash, the killers fled the scene, said the source.
Prior to abandoning his pregnant girlfriend, Escobar's boyfriend reportedly grabbed some of the money on her body.
Escobar was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where she and her baby were pronounced dead.
The Sun-Times reported that at the time of her slaying, Escobar was on probation for a misdemeanor battery conviction and was under indictment on a felony count of possession of a stolen vehicle.
Iris Alvarez claimed that Escobar had attempted to visit Alvarez's daughter around the time of the incident, reported WOAI-TV.
"She texted my daughter and told my daughter: 'Please help me! I'm in trouble!'" Alvarez said. "But my daughter was sleeping."
Roused by the sound of gunshots, Alvarez and her daughter allegedly saw Genesis gasping for air.
"They threw a bunch of money on top of her," said Alvarez. "I don't know if she was into some kind of trouble."
Police are still trying to track down those responsible.
According to Neighborhood Scout, the likelihood of becoming a victim of a violent crime in Democrat-run Chicago is 1 in 115.
Last year, there were 695 homicides, reported to WTTW.
As of March 1, the Chicago Police Department noted there were 79 homicides in the city, with 37 in February alone.

Jan. 6 Committee didn't merely distort facts, but fabricated full falsehoods — 'blew my mind':
Dark forces and bold lies
Tucker Carlson joined nationally syndicated radio host and co-founder of Blaze Media Glenn Beck on his radio show Wednesday to discuss the uncut and narrative-destabilizing footage of the Jan. 6 protests, which the Fox News host has been playing on his show.
TheBlaze previously noted that much of the footage that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) granted Carlson access to appears to contradict key claims made by members of the Jan. 6 committee and dutifully circulated by the liberal media.
Carlson noted that extra to distortions — such as the deceptive edits used to smear Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) as a coward or the addition of screaming sounds to videos originally recorded without audio — the Jan. 6 committee advanced lies wholly severed from the reality of what actually happened at the Capitol in order to shape a politically expedient narrative.
"You called the January 6 committee members liars," said Beck, referencing both Carlson's commentary Monday and committee members' promotion of the claim that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick had been killed as the result of injuries sustained that day.
"Do you ... make the case that they're liars? They didn't just, you know, fib a bit and eat around the corners — that these are full-fledged liars?" asked Beck.
Carlson replied, "Well, that was the stunning part to me. I've been in Washington my whole life. And my dad worked for the government. So I had a kind of root-level trust in government. ... My default setting is they're not lying about anything. I never assumed that."
"So I was shocked to learn that they were lying intentionally," continued the Fox News host. "We have a very specific way of knowing that. ... January 6 committee researchers looked at video. They bookmarked it. They left an electronic mark on the video they watched. So we know what they watched. And then we watched it."
Carlson noted that "there is video of [Jacob] Chansley, of Ray Epps, and of Brian Sicknick, that we know they watched, that was not included in the report, that was never mentioned in the hearings. A year and a half, a thousand witnesses, 850-page report, and this video, which overturns the story they were telling, proves it was a lie."
For Jacob Chansley, the so-called "QAnon Shaman," this lie proved life-changing.
Chansley's former lawyer recently claimed he had not seen the newly released footage, which could have aided his client against federal charges. Whereas his former client had been depicted as the deranged leader of a violent mob, the footage played on Carlson's show revealed that he was escorted around the Capitol by police without incident, reported Fox News Digital.
Chansley was ultimately charged with "knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds" and sentenced to four years in prison.
There was evidently no saving Carlson's childhood presumption of government officials' forthrightness in the wake of reviewing the tapes of Chansley and others: "We know that they lied. And that just blew my mind."
While Carlson had no trouble believing that Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) would deal in lies, noting that he "is a force of darkness," the cable host found it troubling that former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), whom he's known for decades, was also a purveyor of falsehoods.
"I just always assumed she disagrees on the issues with me. No, it turns out Liz Cheney is actually, affirmatively a liar," said Carlson. "She knew information. She withheld it because it challenged the lie that she was telling to the public."
Big lies
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) recently borrowed a phrased coined by Adolf Hitler to condemn Carlson and McCarthy by extension for showing narrative-challenging Jan. 6 footage, suggesting that it "enabled the Big Lie and has further eroded away at our precious democracy."
Carlson suggested to Beck that this is mere projection; that the grand deception was played by those now apoplectic about his showcase of previously omitted or altered footage.
"This — this is an event that was a complex event [with] many facets. And they simplified it immediately into a good versus evil tale, as they do with everything. Partly because they lack nuance and imagination, but partly because this was a tool they were using for a purpose. It was a cudgel they were using to beat down their opponents and grab more power for themselves," said Carlson.
"In effect, what it did was change the definition of terrorism, from something that exists in other countries and is aimed at us, to Republican voters, populist voters. ... Bernie Sanders voters, Trump voters. Anybody who questions the legitimacy of the current power holders is now redefined not as a political opponent, but as a terrorist."
TheBlaze recently reported that prior to Tucker Carlson's initial exhibition of footage calling into question the claims and intentions of those on the January 6 committee, leftist journalist Chris Hedges penned an article condemning the Democratic establishment for "polarizing the country and shredding civil liberties."
Hedges appeared to agree with Carlson, stating that "the judicial lynching against many of those who participated in the Jan. 6 events, a lynching that is mandating years in pretrial detention and prison for misdemeanors," is part of an broader statist effort "corroding democratic institutions" and bringing the U.S. "closer towards tyranny."
Carlson suggested that the false narrative constructed around Jan. 6 and the corresponding redefinition of terrorism have excused a weaponization of the FBI, the CIA, and other government agencies against the political opponents of the Washington establishment.
"Our own government has been harnessed as a political tool. It's like the one thing you can't allow," said Carlson.
