Former President Donald Trump on Wednesday withdrew his endorsement of Rep. Mo Brooks for the US Senate, saying the Alabama Republican turned “woke” when he encouraged voters to move on from Trump’s claims of election fraud in the 2020 presidential race.

💥 Hunter Biden facing Indictment over shady business dealings:
President Joe Biden’s ne’er-do-well son Hunter Biden has had his share of scandals though he has yet to face any criminal penalties. That may all be changing, according to an attorney who works for the mother of one of his children.
Attorney Clint Lancaster said he expects the president’s son “to be indicted” on charges stemming from shady financial dealings and taxes, the Washington Examiner reported. Lancaster represents Lunden Roberts, the mother of Hunter Biden’s illegitimate 3-year-old daughter.
“I expect him to be indicted,” Lancaster said. “Just based on what I saw in his financial records, I would be surprised if he’s not indicted,” the attorney added.
However, Lancaster and his client did say they “don’t want Hunter to go to jail.” Roberts had testified in front of a grand jury while also providing “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records,” according to Lancaster.
Roberts’ attorney said the information came from a child support lawsuit against Hunter Biden in 2019. The president’s son tried to deny paternity and even claimed in his memoir that he didn’t remember the “encounter” with Roberts, but ultimately proved to be the father through DNA testing.
“They’re all in electronic form,” Lancaster claimed of the financial records. “I would estimate it was anywhere from 10 gigs of data.”
The IRS had investigated Hunter Biden and slapped him with a $1 million per year tax bill he later paid off using a loan, the New York Post reported. Still, the probe into his dealings with the Bank of China and his associates continues. [The American Digest]

Many are wondering why Amal Clooney, a high-profile human rights attorney who also specializes in international law — and actor George Clooney’s wife — has been spotted at the White House as of late, especially given that the Biden administration has remained silent on why she’s there.
According to Fox Business, Clooney was spotted at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. on Monday, and was questioned by a Fox Business reporter regarding the reason for her visit. The barrister refused to shed any light on the matter, though she was seen on video.
“Representatives for Amal did not immediately respond to FOX Business’ request for comment. Additionally, the White House did not immediately respond to FOX Business’ request for comment,” Fox noted.
Some believe Clooney was present at the White House with regard to the unfolding monumental refugee crisis coming out of Ukraine, as millions of Ukrainians have fled in the wake of Russia’s devastating invasion, with millions more expected to follow suit.
Clooney, who sports a long and impressive law resume, which includes working at The Hague and other prestigious institutions and firms, recently told TIME magazine why she chose to focus her law career on human rights issues.
“I’m responding to what I see happening in the world,” she said. “A world where the guilty are free, and the innocent are imprisoned—where the human-rights abusers are free, and those who report on the abuses are locked up. As a lawyer, I can do something about that. Or I can at least try.”
She added: “So my work is focused on trying to help liberate victims and prosecute perpetrators—and by extension, our foundation’s work is trying to really do that at scale and globally.”
