Beware the One-sided Press:

Under the enlarged photo in the London Free Press the caption read, "Thousands of anti-vaccine protesters march through London [Ont.] this month. Their message, and shaky knowledge of science, is finding new ears."


Shaky knowledge of science? That is funny. The whole article did not once describe the so-called "misinformation" nor quote any doctor, health care provider, or health official the protesters believe in. All it did was psycho-analyze the protesters, mocking their character. The most positive thing it said was,


💥 "Other sampling has found resisters have higher levels of religious beliefs than vaccine-accepting [people]; they're more likely to be devout.


Your newspaper and TV news readers will quote politicians and professors telling you that the protesters are "right wing extremists" and "white supremacists" which is partly true since they like to join in (you can recognize them their use of the F word). But here is an alternative view the paper didn't describe:

Fair enough? Why don’t you write the editor and let him know how lop-sided the reporting is getting in this new age of censorship.


💥 💥 P.S. Another thing that's missing in the Mainstream Media is how many protesters to the shot are choosing to buy products that build your natural resistance (immunity) to all viruses. I recognize that I am vulnerable at 78 and so I have upped my daily vitamins and minerals and bought hydrogen peroxide to inhale and rinse my mouth. I'm also prepared to stay in my room and use silver if I get so much as a cold. I have faith in God and the things he has given us to keep us healthy that doctors in the USA and other countries recommend for out-patient care. For the sake of my neighbours, I wish doctors in Canada could. Actually, I do more than wish. I research, pray and join the rallies…

Vax Protesters:

The front-page article about vaccine protesters did a nice job in explaining what kind of people resisters are but a lousy job in explaining why. I like the part that read, "Other sampling has found resisters have higher levels of religious beliefs than the vaccine-accepters; they [the resisters] are more likely to be devout". It also pointed out that right-wing extremists can be found joining in. (I easily recognize them by their F words.)


But a balanced report should have pointed out that the "misinformation" which motivates the protesters is full of statements by prestigious doctors,professors, and health officials, even if the average Joe only has a "shaky" understanding of their science. Also, resisters to the vaccines are not entirely stupid. They do research to discover out-patient treatments recommended by hundreds of doctors in the USA and abroad. Tragically Canadian doctors are not allowed to make those recommendations and prescriptions.


Because the full-page article is so lop-sided in its coverage I would call it propaganda, not news writing.

Belinda speaks to Solicitor General Sylvia Jones’s Motion 111, which extends the Ford government’s emergency powers to December 2021.

On Thursday afternoon, May 20th, Doug Ford summoned the media to pretend that he was announcing a “reopening” plan. Ford failed to present any path that leads us to returning back to normal.

At the same time Ford was making his announcement, his Ontario PC MPPs were trying to ram through a motion at the legislature to extend Ford’s use of extraordinary emergency powers for seven more months – until December!

PC MPPs tried to introduce and pass the lockdown motion.

· in one day without advance notice;

· right before the long weekend;

· two months before the current use of emergency powers are set to expire;

· while distracting the media with Ford’s announcement; and

· by using an unrecorded voice voteso that the names of PC MPPs would not be listed in the official minutes of the debate.

New Blue MPP Belinda Karahalios (along with MPP Roman Baber and other opposition MPPs) led the charge against the motion.

The publication Queen’s Park Today described Belinda’s statement like this, “New Blue MPP Belinda Karahalios blasted the motion as an underhanded attempt by the PCs to ram through extended emergency powers while everyone was distracted by the reopening plan announcement, and just before a long weekend.”

The PC motion failed because of opposition from a few Ontario MPPs.

PC MPPs will now have to wait a week and a half for the legislature to return in order to pass the motion and they will be forced to vote on the record.

💥 💥 By rushing to extend the use of emergency powers for seven more months until December, Doug Ford and his PC government have made it clear they have no intention of returning life back to normal, any time soon.

It's time to bring this email back to life which I wrote in 2016. I thought of it after seeing this news item from InfoWars. I'm sure a lot of bible-free people are trying this alternative to scripture reading. Don't fall for it. I know half a glass of water is mighty appealing to a thirsty man, but he should know that living waters will flow from his belly when he is in Christ. Positive thinking can blind you to pits on the road at night.

What is THAT? "Mindfulness" -if you ask me, it's the newest concept to replace God and holy scripture which says, "You are indeed competent to counsel one another" (St. Paul to the Romans 15:14). If “mindfulness" is enough to give you peace, if it is better than medication for treating mental illness, then who needs Jesus? He did not have to die. He could have recommended a better way of thinking and let it go at that. Or maybe they did not have "mental illness" back then.

"Mindfulness" is the new Power of Positive Thinking, the new How to Win Friends And Influence People, the new Think And Grow Rich, the new practice of Yoga, the new Zen, The Secret, all rolled over into "mindfulness" for today's progressive thinkers. Deepak Chopra, Oprah and Anthony Robbins have nothing on this new magic. Or that's what today's progressive doctors and teachers and politicians would like you to believe. Trust me, I've studied the subjects that almost screwed up my head for good. "Mindfulness" is plain old hypnosis or self-hypnosis under a new socially accepted buzzword. It's as old as pagan religions. But just so you're clued in I've sampled four websites which are excited by the idea.
