Legal scholar explains why report on Supreme Court leak is 'almost as chilling as the leak itself’:

Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley explained Thursday why the Supreme Court's inability to find the person who leaked a court opinion is "almost as chilling as the leak itself."

What did the Supreme Court say?

After eight months of investigating, Supreme Court Marshal Gail Curley was unable to discover who leaked the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization opinion, according to a report… [CHILLING implications]


The investigation included more than 100 interviews with court employees, uncovering that several employees broke confidentiality rules by telling their spouses the outcome of the case. But a forensic examination — including of court "computer devices, networks, printers and available call and text logs" — failed to uncover who gave Politico a copy of the opinion.

Turley's report provides suggestions to tighten security at the court, but also suggests that no one will be held accountable for the stunning leak.

The stunning lack of answers will lead people to say, according to Turley, that the FBI should have investigated the leak.

"The Supreme Court's report indicates that they cannot isolate the culprit among the over 80 possible suspects for the Dobbs leak. It is an admission that is almost as chilling as the leak itself," Turley wrote in a viral response. "It will likely revive concerns over whether the FBI should have been asked to take the lead on the investigation.

After all, the Supreme Court is situated "only a few blocks from the world's leading forensic investigatory body," Turley noted.

Secret Service Now Says It Has Visitor Logs from Biden Home:

The Secret Service now acknowledges that it has records on who visited President Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware, when classified documents were kept there.

The New York Post reported that Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said Thursday that "the Secret Service does generate law enforcement and criminal justice information records for various individuals who may come into contact with Secret Service protected sites."

Guglielmi on Monday said the Secret Service doesn't "independently maintain our own visitor logs because it's a private residence."

According to The New York Times, he had also said: "The Secret Service doesn't maintain visitor logs at the private residences of protectees. The visitor logs that are kept at government buildings are part of the National Archives and Records Administration, and while we have access to those, we are not the custodian of those records and logs."

Congressional Republicans asked for the logs after learning that confidential documents were found at Biden's home.

Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., chairman of the Oversight and Accountability Committee, demanded Sunday that the White House turn over visitor logs, according to The New York Times.

"It is troubling that classified documents have been improperly stored at the home of President Biden for at least six years, raising questions about who may have reviewed or had access to classified information," Comer wrote.

But the White House Counsel's Office had said there were no visitor logs from the Delaware house because it's not official government property, the Times reported.

"Like every president across decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal," spokesman Ian Sams said.

Hunter Biden listed the home as his address in a rental background check in 2018.

Former AG Blasts Planned Retrial of Trump Clemency Recipient:

The retrial of a man granted clemency by former President Donald Trump would be "fundamentally unjust" and violate Trump's order, according to former Attorney General John Ashcroft.

Ashcroft spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF) about the case involving former Florida medical facility network owner Philip Esformes.

Esformes received a 20-year prison sentence in 2019 after being convicted of 20 counts, including conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and money laundering. Charges also included receiving and paying federal healthcare program kickbacks, federal program bribery, and obstruction of justice.

Six charges were dismissed, and the jury failed to reach a verdict on six others.

Esformes entered an appeal invoking prosecutorial misconduct, having been confined since his 2016 arrest.

Trump then commuted Esformes' prison sentence in December 2020 to time served without erasing his three-year supervised release term or remaining $5,530,207 restitution requirement.

Ashcroft and fellow former AGs Edwin Meese, Michael Mukasey, and Alberto Gonzales endorsed Esformes' appeal before clemency was granted.

Justice Department prosecutors in April 2021 announced plans to again try Esformes on the hung charges, according to the Miami Herald.

"President Trump ordered Mr. Esformes to be released immediately without additional restrictions so he could be reunited with his family," Ashcroft told DCNF, the Daily Caller reported.

"Indeed, Margaret Love, the U.S. pardon attorney from 1990 through 1997, found that 'the best understanding' of Mr. Trump's clemency warrant 'is that it was intended to end the government's prosecution and imprisonment of Esformes.'"

Ashcroft said the prosecutorial misconduct in Esformes' case "was amongst the most abusive" he has ever seen, based on a magistrate judge's findings in a nine-day evidentiary hearing, the Daily Caller reported.

"The magistrate judge found that the prosecutors knowingly and repeatedly invaded Mr. Esformes' privileged attorney client communications, and then used that confidential information against him," Ashcroft told the DCNF.

"The magistrate judge found that not only had the prosecutors 'wholly disregarded all privilege concerns' in taking and using Mr. Esformes' privileged information, but that prosecutors tried to cover that up at the evidentiary hearing by creating a 'new narrative' that she found had 'zero credibility.' In fact, the magistrate judge characterized the prosecutors' conduct as a 'deplor[able]' effort to 'obfuscate' the evidentiary record."

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Esformes' conviction appeal Jan. 6, without passing judgment on the six hung counts in the case.

Esformes' lawyers filed on Jan. 12 seeking a rehearing and en banc review of the 11th Circuit Court's decision.

Putin Destroys Adrenochrome Lab in Ukraine

Russian Special Forces on Tuesday raided and destroyed an “Adrenochrome farm” near the Ukrainian city of Shostka, where sinister forces tortured abducted Russian children to harvest fluid from their adrenal glands, said a Mar-a-Lago source who claims Russian President Vladimir Putin informed President Trump of the operation after Spetznas had rescued 50 young kids from the ghastly laboratory.

As reported early last year, Trump and Putin kept an open conduit of communication after the latter began his “special military operation” in Ukraine. Putin had assured Trump that his true impetus for deploying troops was to rid Eastern Europe of Western pestilence, meaning Deep State-controlled bioweapon facilities and child trafficking rings, both of which, Putin said at the time, threatened Russian sovereignty. As time passed, their conversations became less frequent, but Putin has periodically updated Trump on progress, our source said.

The maligned Russian president told Trump that the FSB, Russia’s Federal Security Service, had heard of the lab’s existence and whereabouts only a few days before he greenlit a mission to infiltrate the laboratory, collect evidence, save any children within, and utterly destroy the facility.

Fifty Children were in a medically induced coma when Spetznas breached the lab and shot dead eight “technicians” who had been milling about or inserting long needles into the kidney area of comatose children. Each child was fastened to a metal gurney.

Putin reportedly said he believed that the abductees were Russian children who had been kidnapped from cities and towns that straddle the Russia-Ukraine border. He also said two of the eight “technicians” were from the West—one an American immunologist with ties to the NIH; the other a Brit who had worked at the UK Health Security Agency. Medical paraphernalia—beakers, tubing, syringes, microscopes, centrifuges, autoclaves, etc.—had come from supply companies in the United States.

“Putin inferred a theory: that the Deep State, with Volodymyr Zelensky’s blessing, moved some or all its adrenochrome refinement to Ukraine, because they’re afraid to do it in the states cause the Constitutionalist faction of the U.S. military, or White Hats, are hunting them down. Then the refined product is shipped to the U.S. or picked up by Deep Staters visiting Ukraine,” our source said.

Putin, he added, told Trump the Deep State is irrepressible and, therefore, must be “crushed,” and boasted about “crushing” dozens of traitors within his own government. “Traitors sometimes have accidental fall out window,” he said.

He described the Deep State as a universal malevolent entity bent on enslaving the planet and subjugating humanity to its capricious whims.

“We’re fighting the same enemy,” Trump said to him. “But I need to be very careful what I say here, especially now. I’m glad you saved the defenseless children. Adrenochrome’s been a huge problem here for a very long time.”

Putin said his forces turned the Adrenochrome lab “to dust” and reassured Trump that any stories of him being gravely sick or dead were CIA propaganda.

“The evil ones that do this to our children, President Trump, they are vampires,” Putin said.
