God’s WORD for TODAY!

But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, And in his word do I hope.

Harris reticent when asked if she and Biden could beat Trump in 2024:

With the midterm elections in the rear-view mirror, attention has turned to the 2024 presidential race, and during a recent public appearance, Vice President Kamala Harris revealed herself to be surprisingly shaky on the question of whether she and President Joe Biden would win, should a re-match against former President Donald Trump occur, as Mediaite reports.

Harris' curious comments came during an exchange with reporters that followed a speech she delivered aboard a Philippine Coast Guard ship, the Teresa Magbanua.

One of the assembled journalists who addressed Harris referenced the fact that Trump had just announced his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 and was asked to weigh in on whether a Democrat ticket again comprised of herself, and Biden would prevail in such a contest.

"Well, as the president said," Harris began, "he intends to run. And if he does, I will be running with him."

Biden's second in command continued, "And I have no doubt about the strength of the work that we have done over these past two years. We have delivered unprecedented relief for the American people through the height of the pandemic."

Harris went on to tout the passage of infrastructure funding as well as the controversial Inflation Reduction Act, rather than directly address the 2024 race for the White House.

As such, she received a follow-up question from the same reporter, who asked, "But do you think a President Trump – former President Trump candidacy is good for the country, good for America?"

The vice president dismissively replied, "I am thinking about, right now, what we need to do in the Indo-Pacific. Thank you for your question," perhaps a sign of growing unease about her potential place on the ticket in the upcoming election cycle.

Harris' reluctance to address questions regarding her own re-election prospects – let alone those of Biden may be due to long-standing questions about her suitability as the party's future standard-bearer and the president's heir apparent.

An increasing number of prominent voices have suggested that in order for Democrats to stand the best chance of victory in 2024, Harris needs to get the boot.

Earlier this fall, political commentator and comedian Bill Maher stated that since it is unlikely Biden will voluntarily walk away from another shot at the White House, it will be necessary for the party to jettison Harris, noting, "she's just not very popular anywhere" and is "a bad politician."

In late November, Christina Cauterucci of the notoriously liberal platform Slate echoed and even amplifiedMaher's take, pointing to the fact that as low as Biden's approval numbers have been throughout his first term in office, Harris' have been worse.

"If Biden intends to keep his job, he would do well to join forces with someone who isn't even less popular than he is," Cauterucci observed.

Despite prior representations that he would indeed seek a second term, on Wednesday, Biden himself seemed to cast some doubt on the possibility when, in response to an admirer shouting "four more years" after his remarks, replied cryptically, "I don't know about that." Whether that response was simply an unscripted bit of self-deprecation or indicative of a decision that has already been made, only time will tell. [American Digest Media]

James Woods to sue DNC over collusion with Twitter to censor Americans' speech:

'Scratch a liberal, and you will find a fascist every time':

Elon Musk on Friday released a revelatory series of insights into the efforts of Twitter's prior regime to interfere in the 2020 election.

One of the insights Musk shared via investigative reporter Matt Taibbi was that the Democratic National Committee demanded that Twitter censor 75-year-old conservative actor James Woods, among others.

With his suspicions confirmed and the truth finally brought to light, Woods announced on Fox News' "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that he would be "suing the Democratic National Committee no matter what."

The New York Post began reporting on the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop on Oct. 14, 2020. Amid revelations about Hunter Biden's alleged depravities and then-presidential candidate Joe Biden's potential exposure to bad actors the world over, Woods took to Twitter on Oct. 24, 2020, to poke fun at both Bidens.

Woods' tweet paired an image of Hunter Biden apparently smoking illicit drugs while engaging in a blurred-out sexual act involving feet with the caption, "I'M ON TEAM TOE!"

The parodic slogan was in reference to then-candidate Joe Biden's slogan, "I'm on Team Joe." Woods added text reading, "Feets, don't fail me now!"

The DNC allegedly filed a report with Twitter censors who then dutifully censored Wood's speech.

Whereas Wood's tweet was deleted, the account of another user, @stephen_liuhuan, was suspended at the behest of the DNC, Fox News reported.

Taibbi reported, based on internal Twitter data shared on Friday, that "celebrities and unknowns alike could be removed or reviewed at the behest of a political party."

Woods — who had been banned from Twitter two years earlier for making jokes at the expense of Democrats — was one of the many Americans who reportedly drew the ire of powerful partisans in Washington, D.C. [The BLAZE Media]

'We can no longer say this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated':

CDC data indicates vaccinated, boosted people together make up majority of COVID-19 deaths:

President Joe Biden last December warned of a "winter of severe illness and death for the unvaccinated."

But new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention highlighted a trend that would suggest that the greater share of COVID-19 deaths this winter will be among the vaccinated and boosted.

What are the details?

The Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF), a nonprofit that focuses on health care issues affecting the nation, issued a report Wednesday analyzing recent CDC data — data that excludes the partially vaccinated.

According to the KFF report, the "share of COVID-19 deaths among those who are vaccinated has risen."

"In fall 2021, about 3 in 10 adults dying of COVID-19 were vaccinated or boosted. But by January 2022, as we showed in an analysis posted on the Peterson-KFF Health System Tracker, about 4 in 10 deaths were vaccinated or boosted. By April 2022, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data show that about 6 in 10 adults dying of COVID-19 were vaccinated or boosted," said the report.

This decrease in the share of deaths from the unvaccinated crowd and the increase in the share of deaths from the vaccinated continued into the summer.

In August, the CDC found that the unvaccinated accounted for 42% of COVID-19 deaths. Alternatively, individuals who had received the primary series of vaccines accounted for 22% of deaths, and those who received the primary series plus one or more booster accounted for 36% of deaths. Taken together, the vaccinated and boosted represented a 58% share of COVID-19 virus deaths in August.

Accounting for the change

On Nov. 23, Cynthia Cox, vice president at the KFF, told the Washington Post that this trend has been driven in particular by three factors:

  • high-risk individuals being more likely to have received the shots;

  • vaccines losing their potency over time; and

  • more Americans having received the vaccines.

The KFF reported that another factor at play is "changes in immunity among the unvaccinated."

The U.K. Health Security Agency noted in a March vaccine surveillance report that "people who have never been vaccinated are more likely to have caught COVID-19" previously. "This gives them some natural immunity to the virus which may have contributed to a lower case rate in the past few weeks."

In addition, the report also suggested that new variants coupled with a drop in masking might lead to more deaths among vaccinated people.

Notwithstanding the reasons behind the trend, Cox concluded, "We can no longer say this a pandemic of the unvaccinated."

Staying the course

Fox News Digital underscored how outgoing White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and other medical experts had previously admitted that COVID-19 vaccines do not protect "overly well" against infection.

Fauci, who is vaccinated and boosted but nevertheless caught COVID-19, stated in July that vaccines "don't protect overly well, as it were, against infection" but "protect quite well against severe disease leading to hospitalization and death."

On Nov. 22, Fauci once again implored people in what might have been his last address from the White House podium to "get your updated COVID 19 shot as soon as you're eligible to protect yourself, your family, and your community."

Mitch McConnell is out as Senate majority leader, may lose position as minority leader

Sen. Mitch McConnell will not become the Senate majority leader after a Republican wave failed to materialize in the midterm elections, the Courier-Journal reported. The Kentucky Republican held the position between January 2015 and January 2021

Hopes were high for the GOP heading into November's midterms. However, as returns rolled it, it became clear that the Republican Party would remain in the minority in the U.S. Senate.

An upset win by Democratic Catherine Cortez Masto in Nevada all but sealed the deal for Democrats to retain their slim lead. Even with the results of the Georgia runoff still outstanding, the die had already been cast, according to The Hill.

With the majority out of the question, McConnell faced pushback to retain his minority leadership role, CNN reported. For the first time in his 15 years in party leadership, he faced another candidate for the position.

Florida Sen. Rick Scott made a play for the role after McConnell seemingly dropped the ball in what should have been an easy win for Republicans, considering how poorly the Democrats have governed. However, it wasn't enough to unseat McConnell, who maintained strong support.

"Although the results of today's elections weren't what we hoped for, this is far from the end of our fight to Make Washington Work," Scott said following his defeat. In the end, a secret ballot election revealed McConnell would retain his position with a vote of 37-10, with one abstaining.

Now Republicans are once again yoked to McConnell as the minority leader despite his spotty record on advancing important legislation. While Republicans were in the majority, McConnell was often criticized for being the "legislative graveyard" where proposals went to die.

Most of the Senate's agenda-setting will be the job of Democrats. Elections for their party leadership will take place on Dec. 8, with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer expected to retain the position.

As for the House of Representatives, Republicans were able to eke out a lead to flip to a GOP majority, CBS News reported. While House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is the logical choice for House Speaker, he's already facing opposition within his party.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who had challenged McCarthy, accused him of not doing enough to push back against the "radical Leftist"and made the case against him in an op-ed for the conservative website "American Greatness" on Nov. 18. "Now I am told that we will barely have a 3-seat majority, so we must not change leaders in order to protect unity," Biggs wrote.

"I, however, believe it is time to make a change. Those thoughts are most immutable," Biggs continued.

"Our current candidate for Speaker doesn't have the 218 votes necessary to become Speaker on January 3, 2023," he pointed out. The leadership role is open to a vote from both parties, and Democrats would likely side with their own, meaning defectors from the GOP could kill McCarthy's chances.

"I do not believe he will ever get to 218 votes, and I refuse to assist him in his effort to get those votes," Biggs added. "In the end, I must concur with my constituents: it is time to make a change at the top of the House of Representatives. I cannot vote for the gentleman from California, Mr. McCarthy."

Republicans are in turmoil after a disappointing showing in the midterms. However, fracturing the party from within will only exacerbate the problem and give Democrats another opportunity for further leadership inroads. [American Digest Media]

Pennsylvania county deadlocked on certifying election results after election day scandal:

Officials in Luzerne County were deadlocked on certifying the midterm election results in time for Monday's deadline, the Washington Examiner reported. The Pennsylvania county was at the center of an Election Day nightmare after running out of paper ballots.

A judge had allowed the polls in the county to stay open two hours later, moving closing time to 10 p.m. Still, officials were in serious doubt about the validity of results given the delays in problems, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The Luzerne County Board of Elections and Voter Registration voted 2-2 on whether to send its vote counts to the state. One member abstained from the vote allowing the deadline to come and go leading to the missed deadline.

The vote broke along party lines, with two Democrats on the board in favor of certifying the results and two Republicans voting against it. A fifth member, Democrat Daniel Schramm, is the one who abstained from the vote.

Schramm said he would vote in another meeting set for Wednesday. However, he first wanted definite answers to whether voters were turned away and what the consequences of the paper shortage meant for those attempting to cast ballots.

"I wanted to research to see exactly how many people were just not allowed to vote. I couldn't find any," Schramm claimed.

The official said the board surveyed 125 judges among Luzerne County's 187 precincts. So far, "they reported nobody being turned away," he told the Philadelphia Inquirer.

However, the feeling from the public was that this election was "rife with disenfranchisement," a member of the public said during the public comment portion before the board's vote. Others called for a new election and the resignation of election officials in the county.

Sam Sanguedolce, Luzerne's GOP District Attorney, said that "the investigation is progressing as expected" into how significantly these issues impacted voters. Still, it's unclear what will happen if the county won't certify its results.

Notably, Luzerne County has become more Republican-leaning in recent elections. John Fetterman, the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, lost by about 10,000 votes in the county. Similarly, Democrat Governor-Elect Josh Shapiro eeked out a narrow win.

The issues with whether there have been free and fair elections have plagued other battleground states such as Arizona. The Grand Canyon State's Maricopa County was ground zero for another row in a hotly contested race for governor.

A problem with machines in at least 60 locations left questions about the validity of the final results, Fox News reported. "The Elections Integrity Unit of the Arizona Attorney General's Office has received hundreds of complaints since Election Day pertaining to issues related to the administration of the 2022 General Election in Maricopa County," Jennifer Wright, assistant attorney general in the state, said in a letter.

"These complaints go beyond pure speculation but include first-hand witness accounts that raise concerns regarding Maricopa's lawful compliance with Arizona election law," she wrote. Regardless, the county certified its election results and handed the governorship to Democrat Katie Hobbs over Republican Kari Lake.

Problems with the election process have rightly fueled anger and speculation. Although these problems may be expected and part of the process, they somehow always cut in favor of Democrats -- and that raises serious alarm bells. [American Digest Media]

MOST IMPORTANT PROPHECY FROM BOB JONES !!!

Wow! Thanks Dave! That's awful! Well, at least Bob Jones didn't have anyone's husband killed so he could have her all to himself like King David. Or start a harem like David's son Solomon. I guess that's why I never became fascinated by Bob Jones prophecies until now. And one of the reasons I am now is the confirmation of his prophecy by the great evangelist Hudson Taylor. Hudson Taylor's prophecy about Russia being used by God is a matter of record. And of course, events are unfolding exactly as Bob Jones foretold.

In any event, I totally believe what John Wimber said about the two naked church ladies with Bob Jones. Wimber is one of my heroes. What a tragedy that so many famous leaders in the bible and church history fall into sexual sin. You heard about Ravi Zacharias shame too? It totally shocked the evangelical world. It could have been me. Thank God for my priest and the confession box. Not that all priests are angels either. The devil infiltrated the Roman Church big time (with God's permission and for His purposes).

Catholic and Orthodox saints have foretold Russia destroying Islam as well, but I always assumed it was a military defeat by the Turks. Bob Jones says it's a spiritual defeat. St. John Bosco said the leader of Russia and Turkey set out to war against Europe together, but the Russian leader has a conversion experience at the Rhine and turns against the Moslems. So maybe it's both.

Musk Vows 'More Smoking Guns' to Come in Twitter Exposé:

Elon Musk is vowing more Twitter revelations to come Sunday – albeit delayed "another day or two" – after outing President Joe Biden's administration for directing political censorship operations at Twitter.

There are "more smoking guns" to reveal, Musk promised Saturday night on the Twitter Spaces audio platform.

He also noted the ire he is bringing upon himself for exposing the political bias on the social media giant, preemptively saying, "I do not have any suicidal thoughts.

"If I committed suicide, it's not real," he added, a reference to the theorists that repeat the mantra that Jeffrey Epstein did not kill himself.

Musk, after paying $44 billion to buy Twitter, has been dealing with cancel culture operations from woke advertisers, but did suggest Saturday that the exposing of the 2020 presidential election cycle suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story has reflexively brought the advertising revenue back to Twitter.

"Just a note to thank advertisers for returning to Twitter," Musk tweeted, having previously vowed to out the woke companies publicly, too.

Musk said Twitter's commitment to the truth should ultimately force mainstream media to follow suit. [News Max Media]
