Former President Donald Trump says Democrats and Big Tech colluded to deplatform and "illegally censor" him to hide statements he made on social media stressing peace and lawful behavior on Jan. 6, 2021.

"It was shockingly revealed that Twitter colluded with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to Rig and Steal the 2020 Presidential Election in favor of Joe Biden, and to deplatform and illegally censor me," Trump said in a statement provided to Just The News.

"As a key example of the corruption within the FBI, Special Agent Charles McGonigal, the head of the now fully 'debunked' Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, has recently been arrested for being 'paid off' by receiving large amounts of money from, get this, Russia. The Russia Witch Hunt was extremely detrimental to the Trump Campaign's effort to win the 2020 Presidential Election."

"I have been newly reinstated on Twitter and various other social media platforms, and my Tweets, which were taken down by Big Tech censorship, and thus seen by very few, have just been made public," Trump continued. "The highly partisan January 6th Committee did not want these messages to be part of the Historical and Legal Record, but they have now been fully restored — a sad shock to what I call the Unselect Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs."

The statement included two tweets Trump had posted, including one where he asked for a "peaceful" protest.

"These Tweets were concealed from the public's view for almost two years, because the former executives of Twitter followed the wishes of Joe Biden and the FBI in censoring me, and cancelling my account," he said. "Now that these new Statements on Twitter and Facebook have emerged, having a widespread and very positive impact on me, it is paramount for all examining the events of January 6, 2021, to be aware of this new and irrefutable information, as nothing can be more obvious as to its meaning — a meaning that was withdrawn from the public by Twitter's censorship and the January 6th Unselect Committee's lack of effort to find them."

He also cited messages he posted to other social media platforms stressing peace and lawful behavior.

"The terribly biased January 6th Committee ignored this key part of the Legal and Historical Record, because the partisan members of that Committee did not want to acknowledge the fact that such Statements" would "exonerate" him.

Trump also slammed former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser for brushing off his suggestion to station 10,000-20,000 National Guard troops at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

This information, he said, "is laid out in detail and corroborated in the Report by the Department of Defense's Inspector General."

"My Statements encouraging peace and patriotism stand in stark contrast with other officials who have consistently and irresponsibly called for violence and extremism," Trump added.

He also said there hasn't been any effort to hold politicians like Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and left-win Democrats accountable for their "wrongful statements, despite the death and destruction they caused.

"These quotes do, again, fully exonerate me, and should put an end to the National nightmare of weaponized, targeted, and dangerous Witch Hunts and Hoaxes against a certain political Party, and me," the former president concluded.

Establishment Republicans are gunning for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Swamp-aligned RINOs want one of their own to carry the GOP banner.

After aligning himself with Donald Trump in the 2016 and 2020 elections, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is considering another run for the White House in 2024.

At one point in time Christie was the establishment’s great RINO hope in 2013 after smashing his way to a 20-point re-election win in deep blue New Jersey.

But Christie’s campaign imploded as Republicans did not want another Mitt Romney-style RINO as their nominee.

Christie dropped out of the race after an embarrassing sixth place finish in the New Hampshire primary.

Somehow Chris Christie still thinks there is an appetite in the GOP for an anti-gun, pro-amnesty RINO who wants to restore the Republican Party of 2012.

While Christie previously trained all his fire on Donald Trump – Christie promoted an anti-Trump book that flopped selling just a couple thousand copies – the former New Jersey Governor began sniping at Ron DeSantis.

Polls show DeSantis and Trump as the two frontrunners in 2024 far outpacing the rest of the field despite the fact that DeSantis is not even a declared candidate.

A recent Monmouth University poll found DeSantis leading Trump in a head-to-head matchup 53 to 38 percent.

Despite these numbers, Christie says he is still considering a Presidential campaign and won’t let Ron DeSantis’ eventual decision affect his own.

Christie absurdly claimed no one outside of Tallahassee – the capital of Florida – knows who Ron DeSantis is.

“I’m sure as heck not going to worry about what Ron DeSantis is going to do or not do, because none of us really know who he is outside of Tallahassee, Florida,” Christie began.

“None of us really know what he’ll be like on a national stage,” Christie added.

That comment is absurd on the face of it.

Polls would not show DeSantis leading a former President of the United States if Republicans did not know who DeSantis was.

Republicans know DeSantis is the Governor who stood up and led the red state pushback on COVID tyranny, Critical Race Theory in the classroom, and woke corporations.

They don’t call him “America’s Governor” for nothing.

The Biden administration on Friday defended its response to a toxic freight train derailment in Ohio two weeks ago, even as local leaders and members of Congress demanded that more be done.

The Feb. 3 derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, left toxic chemicals spilled or burned off, prompting evacuations and fears of contamination by wary residents distrustful of the state and federal response.

The White House said it has "mobilized a robust, multi-agency effort to support the people of East Palestine, Ohio,'' and noted that officials from the Environmental Protection Agency, National Transportation Safety Board and other agencies were at the rural site near the Pennsylvania line within hours of the derailment of the Norfolk Southern train carrying vinyl chloride and other toxic substances.

“When these incidents happen, you need to let the emergency response take place,'' White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Friday. “We did take action and folks were on the ground.''

EPA Administrator Michael Regan visited the site Thursday, walking along a creek that still reeks of chemicals as he sought to reassure skeptical residents that the water is fit for drinking and the air safe to breathe.

“I’m asking they trust the government,” Regan said. “I know that’s hard. We know there’s a lack of trust.” Officials are” testing for everything that was on that train,” he said.

No other Cabinet member has visited the rural village, where about 5,000 people live, including many who were evacuated as crews conducted a controlled burn of toxic chemicals from five derailed tanker cars that were in danger of exploding.

Administration officials insisted their response has been immediate and effective. “We’ve been on the ground against since February 4 ... and we are committed to supporting the people of East Palestine every step of the way,'' Jean-Pierre said.

But Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has taken criticism over the federal response, with some Republican lawmakers calling it sluggish and less than transparent.

Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., this week called for his resignation in a letter to President Biden.

"For two years, the transparency and accountability that you promised to obsessively uphold during your inauguration has been nowhere to be found," the Florida Republican wrote in a letter to President Joe Biden, Florida Politics reported on Friday. "The incompetence and failure within your administration cannot continue to be ignored when Americans' health and safety are at risk."

“We’ve been on the ground against since February 4 ... and we are committed to supporting the people of East Palestine every step of the way,'' Jean-Pierre said.

Buttigieg has also been criticized by some lawmakers and the mayor of East Palestine for not visiting the site.

This week, Buttigieg insisted the Ohio disaster was just one of many derailments that occur each year. A train hauling hazardous materials derailed Thursday near Detroit, but none spilled, officials said.

"There's clearly more that needs to be done, because while this horrible situation has gotten a particularly high amount of attention, there are roughly 1,000 cases a year of a train derailment,'' Buttigieg told Yahoo Finance.

He tweeted Friday that his department “will hold Norfolk Southern accountable for any safety violations found to have contributed to the disaster” and will be guided by the findings of the transportation safety board's independent investigation.

President Biden has offered federal assistance to Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been coordinating with the state emergency operations center and other partners, the White House said.

In response to a request from DeWine and Ohio's congressional delegation, the Health and Human Services Department and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are sending a team of medical personnel and toxicologists to Ohio to conduct public health testing and assessments.

The team will support federal, state and local officials already on the ground to evaluate people who were exposed or potentially exposed to chemicals, officials said.

Since the derailment, residents have complained about headaches and irritated eyes and finding their cars and lawns covered in soot. The hazardous chemicals that spilled from the train killed thousands of fish, and residents have talked about finding dying or sick pets and wildlife.

Residents also are frustrated by what they say is incomplete and vague information about the lasting effects from the disaster, which prompted evacuations.

Regan said Thursday that anyone who is fearful of being in their home should seek testing from the government.

“People have been unnerved," he said. “They’ve been asked to leave their homes.” He said that if he lived there, he would be willing to move his family back into the area as long as testing shows it’s safe.

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., said he was glad that Regan visited the site, but said it was "unacceptable that it took nearly two weeks for a senior administration official to show up'' in Ohio.

Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, who toured the crash site with Regan on Thursday, said he spoke with Biden on Friday and was assured that any assistance the state needs will be given.

“The president is all in on getting FEMA" to provide direct assistance to the state, and is "all-in on holding Norfolk Southern accountable,'' Brown told an online news conference.

Ohio state Sen. Michael Rulli, a Republican whose district includes East Palestine, said Buttigieg should resign over the Transportation Department’s inaction. “He has not even come close to being near ground zero and he should be ashamed,” Rulli said.

U.S. Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Ohio, who toured the site with Regan and Brown on Thursday, has generally supported the federal response but joined other Ohio officials in calling for more help from FEMA. Johnson sent a letter Friday asking EPA to provide detailed information about the derailment, including the controlled burn conducted last week and testing plans for air and water quality.

“The community must be able to trust their air, water, and soil is not a threat to their health following this train derailment," Johnson said.

David Masur, executive director of PennEnvironment, said there been a "breach of public trust” in the wake of the disaster, stemming from lax oversight of freight rail and weak notification requirements for hazardous cargo, as well as lingering uncertainties about air and water quality and whether evacuated residents were allowed to return home too soon.

“Because there have been so many missteps, you can understand that the public is skeptical,’’ said Masur, who co-authored a report that detailed risks that trains carrying explosive and toxic materials pose to nearby communities. The report came after a 2015 CSX oil train disaster near Mount Carbon, West Virginia. A train derailed, exploded and burned for days, contaminating the Kanawha River.

While Regan’s visit was helpful, officials need to offer more than words or sympathy and instead implement policies to protect the public health and prevent this from happening again, he said.

After voters handed him a 19-point landslide mandate in the Midterm elections, Ron DeSantis is not wasting any time laying out his agenda for this legislative session.

During a press conference on Tuesday, DeSantis announced a proposal to reform Florida’s legal system to decrease the number of frivolous lawsuits.

“For decades, Florida has been considered a judicial hellhole due to excessive litigation and a legal system that benefitted the lawyers more than people who are injured,” DeSantis said. “We are now working on legal reform that is more in line with the rest of the country and that will bring more businesses and jobs to Florida.”

At the end of his press conference, Ron DeSantis took questions from reporters in the audience.

Even though the press conference was about the GOP’s legal proposal, a reporter brought up a question about DeSantis’ war on the woke Left in Florida’s educational system.

The reporter parroted a false left-wing narrative that DeSantis is banning books about black history and other subjects.

“We have seen bookshelves in schools emptied in response to Florida’s new guidelines on books,” the reporter began, before DeSantis stopped her and chimed in with the truth.

“Actually, that was a fake narrative, that’s not true,” DeSantis said.

“This is trying to create some narrative, as they hadn’t even put the books out to begin with,” he continued. “They’re trying to act like somehow we don’t want books.”

DeSantis told the left-wing reporter that “Florida law prohibits an adult from giving a school child pornography . . . that’s been the law for a long time.”

“So understand, they’re talking about a long-standing Florida law that’s trying to protect young children,” he added.

But a video surfaced hours later of the same reporter on a hot mic discussing how her only job is to “make him uncomfortable.”

“My job here is to ask the tough questions and make him uncomfortable,” the reporter said on the hot mic. “I’m gonna try!”

Later on in the same conversation, the reporter tells another journalist that her web manager told her to “run up to him [DeSantis] when he gets off the stage and yell questions at him!”

The hot mic also caught the reporter complaining about how DeSantis “doesn’t like the media.”

Obama's former doctor:

Joe Biden's physician will 'sugarcoat' exam results:

President Joe Biden underwent his first physical exam since 2021 on Thursday, and while the nation certainly deserves the full story on the health of the commander in chief ahead of 2024, Dr. David Scheiner, a former longtime physician to former President Barack Obama, suggested to the Washington Examiner that the administration is unlikely to be forthcoming about the results.

In Scheiner's estimation, there is no denying that Biden's advanced age – 80 on his last birthday – is a definite concern, even though he has no personal awareness that the president suffers from any specific conditions at present.

Schiener said, “By the time he completes [a second term], he'll be 86 years old; I don't care if he's in perfect health now – which, I can't believe he's in perfect health. He's had too many things in his past history.”

Specifically, according to Scheiner, Biden's prior brain surgery as well as a known heart irregularity point to the wisdom of cognitive testing, given their potential for complications down the road.

“Biden had an aneurysm repaired. When you do work on the brain, there's always a little damage done. He's had that atrial fibrillation – that can sometimes throw off small strokes. They're leaving a whole area of concern in my mind, Scheiner said, given his belief that neither an MRI nor a neurocognitive exam will likely be included in Thursday's appointment.

“The one thing they don't check is a careful examination of the mind. I don't think any candidate wants it. They're afraid they might find something,” the doctor added.

Scheiner also pointed to findings from Biden's last physical, in which it was noted that the president's gait was “perceptibly stiffer and less fluid” than just one year prior, something which he said was “not an insignificant factor” in that it gives “a peek into the whole physical, mental capability of a person.”

Similar concerns were raised by Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel following the president's 2021 exam, and he pointed out what he believed were alarming gaps in the written report provided to the media by Dr. Kevin O'Connor, particularly with regard to the gait changes.

“If we're looking into neurological causes for the gait change, I don't think the way they characterize that in the physical is sufficient. I want more information. I want to know what the MRIs show, and I want to know what the nerve conduction EMG shows to rule out things that are more extensive, that, by the way, can be associated with cognitive changes like mental status, like dementia,” Siegel said.

Joining the chorus of those arguing for Biden to undergo a cognitive exam, as the Examiner noted separately, is Rep. Scott DesJarlais (R-TN), himself a former physician, who said recently that such a review needed to be part of Thursday's workup.

“I think it would be important to see a very thorough and comprehensive cognitive function study that is released with transparency to the general public,” DesJarlais said.

The Tennessee lawmaker went on, saying, “The American people want to know that their commander in chief is fully capable of performing at the highest level to protect the safety and security of the nation.”

Also regularly calling on the president to undergo cognitive testing is former White House physician-turned-congressman Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who has said of Biden, “The whole country is seeing his mental cognitive issues on display...and there's really no question in most people's minds that there's something going on with him, that he's not cognitively the same as he used to be.”

Even so, it is Scheiner's belief that even if Biden were to receive a full cognitive examination on Thursday – something he deems unlikely given the reelection campaign yet to come, the chances of the American public learning the true results of such testing are slim to none. “You're not going to learn anything,” the doctor lamented. “They sugarcoat these things.”

When the White House opted to honor the fifth anniversary of the Parkland, Florida, school massacre with a video of President Joe Biden demanding stronger gun regulation, it was attempting to profit off the agony of families.

Yet the father of one of the girls killed in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School mass shooting on February 14, 2018, wasn't going to let the political opportunism go unnoticed, according to a report in The Western Journal.

Ryan Petty didn't hold back in a nasty Twitter response to Biden's speech.

“Don’t use my daughter’s death to advance your political agenda,” Petty wrote, the words virtually dripping with scorn.

“Because of your politicized FBI, failed Obama era school discipline policies and a Sheriff that cared more about his image in the community than enforcing the law, a maniac was allowed to attack a school. Try learning what really happened.”

It's almost become a habit for Biden to use the Parkland shootings to forward his agenda — and for Petty to respond. But if Democrats want to continue down this road, they'll have to choke on the facts.

There were significant and well-documented flaws surrounding the Parkland massacre, which killed 14 students and three school workers.

Nikolas Cruz, the shooter, could and should have been enrolled in an alternative high school for special needs children, years before the massacre, but he was not.

The Broward County School District's student discipline rules, which come from Barack Obama's White House directives, place a focus on avoiding contacting law enforcement for criminal behavior in order to avoid the "school-to-prison pipeline."

Scott Israel, the Broward County sheriff at the time of the Parkland incident, had actually boasted about it during his re-election campaign in 2016.

According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, it was this strategy that helped Cruz continue in school despite his behavioral issues, but the Broward School System originally denied it.

Warnings sent to the FBI, which may have potentially prevented the massacre, were disregarded. As the New York Post reported last year, the Justice Department did not acknowledge culpability, instead agreeing to pay $127.5 million to victims' relatives. (It seems like 127 million confessions of guilt to normal people, but normal people aren't Justice Department attorneys.)

And the Broward County Sheriff's Office's response on the day of the killing was a fiasco, highlighted by cowardice demonstrated by the officer assigned to the school and delays in confronting the perpetrator by other deputies.

1. Maybe I am too positive but I often have the same feeling. They handled Covid the wrong way. Rather than be patient and kind and establish these jabs as a yearly thing they went in overdrive with 3-monthly boosters and calling those who refused names.

· The highest court of appeals [in Egypt] closed the door on the possibility of justice for Soad Thabet, a now 76-year-old Christian grandmother who was stripped naked and publicly abused by a group of Muslim men nearly seven years ago. According to one report: "Not only will the men who assaulted Thabet not be held accountable, but Thabet is facing litigation that could see her have to compensate the three men who assaulted her." Earlier... some 300 Muslim men... stripped her naked, and then beat and spat on her and dragged her through the streets by her hair—to jeers, whistles, and triumphant shouts of "Allahu Akbar." Her "crime" was that her son had been accused of being romantically involved with a Muslim woman.
