When Searching the NetWork… Bing was best!

D Strock just told me that he got a "404" (website not available) when he tried to watch a video about lakes drying up. Me too. Then I used Bing and no problem.

Brighteon videos took me to a Hagman Report in which he and his guests were talking about the UN plan to partner with tech companies and ban all conspiracy theory except their own. At the end I was invited to visit http://www.hagmanreport.com for more controversial programs. I tried. Using Mozilla Firefox was impossible. I just got a warning page. Using Microsoft Edge was also impossible. Another warning page that wouldn't let me proceed. Finally, I tried Bing, and bingo! Up popped the hagmanreport.com. Now I know why it's considered too dangerous. I don't recommend you try it. Your search might be recorded on some government AI database, and you might be among the first to be arrested someday. Me? Hey, I'm 79 and can afford to live dangerously.

What's next, Embryos without Heads:

Human Embryos WITHOUT HEADS to be Grown in Mechanical Wombs

Infant Organs will be Harvested -- No Ethical Problems Seen


The craziest stuff is being planned as a new commercial startup project (archive link).

Apparently, a team of Israeli entrepreneurs is planning to grow human embryos in artificial wombs. After they grow, organs could be harvested from such infants. To avoid ethical dilemmas, human embryos will be grown without heads. No kidding. The article does not explain how growing human embryos without heads would “avoid ethical dilemmas”, leaving the reader needing to figure it out on their own.

The idea of this startup is to:

· take stem cells from any given individual, such as you or me

· modify the genetic code of those stem cells to prevent the formation of a human head (or brain) when developing as an embryo seed these genetically modified cells into a jar serving as an artificial womb and grow an artificial human embryo, but without a head

· According to the startup, this somehow “avoids ethical dilemmas”

Although Hanna doesn’t think an artificial embryo made from stem cells and kept in a lab will ever count as a human being (NO SHIT — I.C.), he has a contingency plan to make sure there is no confusion. It’s possible, for instance, to genetically engineer the starting cells so the resulting model embryo never develops a head. Restricting its potential could help avoid ethical dilemmas. “We think this is important and have invested a lot in this,” says Hanna.

Over the course of seven waves and numerous variants and subvariants, more than five million elementary and high school students have also had to grapple with getting sick or loved ones hit by the virus. As they gear up to enter what will be their fourth academic year with the pandemic, what will the new 2022-2023 school term look like? When to stay home: According to the 2021-2022 safety guidance for schools, individuals who are sick should not attend school. The Canadian government, building on a partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF), is developing a new federal “Digital Identity Program.”

The aim of the new initiative is to develop a digital proof-of-identity document, which could be used across different systems and environments ranging from government services to airports and border control, according to Slay News.

Officials revealed details of the program in the government’s sprawling “Canada’s Digital Ambition 2022” report, published Aug. 4.

Also, of interest are some of the WEF’s partners in the KTDI pilot program. They include:

· Amsterdam’s Schiphol International Airport, the site of major delays recently and where air traffic has been capped due to purported environmental concerns (the Netherlands is also part of the KTDI pilot program).

· Toronto-Pearson International Airport — which also saw major delays recently.

· Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, named after the current Canadian prime minister’s father, former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, and also the site of significant delays this past summer.



Government officials said the program is “the electronic equivalent of a recognizedproof-of-identity document,” such as a driver's license or passport, which “confirms that ‘you are who you say you are’ in a digital context.”

Our First Nations TRICKED again:

For a decade, dozens of First Nations, from Treaty 8 to the West Coast, have been tirelessly preparing to be part of the LNG boom, from planning upstream production to equity in pipelines to ownership of terminals. We have done this in the face of protesting environmentalists who either ignored us or accused us of being sellouts. We have negotiated the most sophisticated Indigenous equitydeals that the world has ever seen, convincing government and industry of our rights to get a fair share of the pie. We’ve ensured common sense protections of our lands and waters so that future generations can still practice our cultures.

Did the Liberals consult with any First Nations before planning the demise of Canada’s LNG prospects? Of course not. They only consult with Indigenous people who agree with their plans. What they have done instead is offer two equally unacceptable and narrow options: cap and trade, or carbon pricing. Instead of actual dialogue, Indigenous people can submit their thoughts to a government email address and attend an online engagement session, just like every other stakeholder. There is no way this meets the Crown’s obligation to consult, let alone the UN declaration on the rights of Indigenous peoples. But that’s what’s on offer.

The final insult was the timing. The discussion paper on emissions reduction was announced days before Pope Francis’s visit to Canada, when our nations were preoccupied with the apology and reflecting on the consequences of residential schools.
